Rory Holcomb
Rory Holcomb is a Baltimore-based artist concerned with creating paintings and screen prints depicting queer life and friendships, and the absurdity and silliness that comes from it. They are largely inspired by 1920s horror movies, and practical effects in movies. Their artwork was shown at their solo show in Vivisepultura, at Night Owl Gallery in 2025, and in their solo show, Monster Museum, at the Gateway Galleries in October 2024. Their work has been featured in several other galleries, such as Breakout, at the Night Owl Gallery in January 2024, and the Slayed exhibition at the Club Car in October 2024. When not working, they spend their time questing and slaying dragons.
