Alexis Tyson
I’m a painter and graphic designer. Visual imagery has always been a fascination of mine. I’ve been painting since I was a child and the quality of my work has always been important to me – even before I created my own style, I was very critical of what response my work produced. All I wanted was for there to be an emotional connection between the conscious and subconscious. The feelings inside our heads aren’t always clear to ourselves but I want my art to resonate with those feelings. Those things you can’t say and don’t understand, but are moved by nonetheless.
