Jerome Chester
Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland (over west to be specific), Jerome Chester who also is known by his artistic moniker “TheGroovyVandal” is a multifaceted artist who has been a creative for his entire life.
Known for his witty and eccentric style, Jerome fashions the products of his abstract and unorthodox imagination into tangible idiosyncratic masterpieces for his as well as the world’s enjoyment under his artist brand, AlleyKidArt Studio. Satirical in its nature, the brand includes original designs that adorn merchandise such as hand painted hats, keychains, magnets, sticker packs, buttons, coloring books, life size pillows, furniture, and much more.
An illustrator, painter, graphic designer, muralist, and much more, he is a self-proclaimed renaissance man; but his most valued task is raising two beautiful daughters.
Jerome aspires to inspire, hoping that his work encourages Baltimore’s youth to use art as a meaningful expression to build a better world. He hopes that his peculiar creative style can break barriers and reach art enthusiasts of all social classes.
