John Viles
Mr. Viles is focused on luscious color, provocative pattern, and communication through abstraction. He received his BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute and his MFA from the Cranbrook Academy of Art. He was also selected to attend the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. Mr. Viles has participated in over forty exhibitions in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-Western regions of the United States as well as abroad. His artwork is included in the permanent collections of the Ethniki Pinakothiki Museum, Greece, the University of Maryland, University College and in private collections in the U.S., Gifu, Japan, and Athens, Greece.
