Shana Kroiz Jewelry
Shana Kroiz is a nationally renowned artist, jeweler, and educator with foundational roots and a rich relationship with the Baltimore arts and education community. Her work is widely acknowledged, both professionally and commercially, as she continues to be instrumental in elevating jewelry as a recognizable art form. Ms. Kroiz has distinguished herself as true gem in the Baltimore arts world and beyond. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, over the last 25 years she has dedicated herself to being a studio art jeweler, with exhibitions and showing in galleries and museums; founded the Jewelry Program, served as Director and taught at the Maryland Institute College of Art; served as Director of the 92nd Street Y’s Jewelry Center in NYC; and is a founding member and on the Board of the Baltimore Jewelry Center, where she currently teaches classes and workshops. Ms. Kroiz has been featured and published in numerous books and periodicals and has works in the permanent collections of the MAD Museum, Racine Art Museum, and Cooper Hewitt.
